Homemade ATV
Universal mototransportnoe tool, designed for travel on any roads and forest trails.
Moreover, it can tow a trailer weighing up to 250 kg.

In winter, it is easy to convert, replace rear wheel on a pneumatic and installing the front steering ski, car thus becomes a snowmobile, and the transformation takes less than an hour. Use in the manufacture of all-terrain available materials, simple design may well ensure repeatability of machines even in the home workshop.
The frame is made of MTS pipes of circular cross-sections and square corners. Its features are detachable connections, allowing the node to remove the steering column when you install the engine, as well as the beam front axle. Each connector consists of the usual "tap" couplings, sleeves and locknuts.
To tension the chain connecting the motor gearbox, the motor frame (frame of the motorcycle "Minsk") moves, the axis of rear wheels with ball bearings and is able to move in a longitudinal direction, which allows you to adjust the tension of the second chain connecting the gearbox to the rear axle. Front and rear fenders removable (in this case they are missing a snowmobile). Docking was carried out by electric elements of the frame.
Engine mototransportnogo funds - from a motorcycle "Minsk", remarks to his work I have not. It is possible, of course, installation of more powerful engines - from the motorcycle "Sunrise" or scooter "Tula", you only need to adjust for the size of their frames. In contrast, the Minsk engine was due to its efficiency and low weight. Power to be good enough to travel on a snowmobile with a passenger, it is also possible to tow a skier or sled. Starting properties of motor and summer and winter is quite satisfactory.
Directional control of summer options mototransportnogo funds provided by turning the front wheels by means of two rods, for the winter version has a lever and rod, connecting it with a fork skiing. Last borrowed from the moped. Front axle - from motokolyaski FDD, however, several smaller: from its carved beams and parts of central part (with the bolts holding the torsion) are welded to the peripheral (with bushings suspension arms). In the winter version of the levers, knuckle, traction and torsion dismantled.
Steering wheel - from scooter "Tourist", it perfectly fit in with the steering shaft bolt M10. Controls standard motorcycle. Brake lever is attached by wires to the brake pads installed on the gearbox.
Gearbox. Its basis was the hub of the rear wheel scooter "Tula-200, to which the part of the brake drum welded asterisk. Drive the rear axle by a chain with a step 19 mm. Transmission brake can greatly simplify the design of the rear axle. The asterisk on the axis of the fixing bolt M14, similarly mounted hub running wheels, as shown in the drawings. As a basis reducer can be used not only nave "tourist", but other motosredstv.
Axle wheel - a rod with a diameter of 30 mm, the ends of his pierced up to Ø25 mm, these places wearing tapered hub. Wheels are used on motokolyaski size 5,00 X10, 0. Winter wheels for conventional pneumatic tire at low pressure designs: with plywood disks, aluminum cradles and mounting the camera straps. Bearings axis row, they have a conical insert with nuts, which are well defined axis and does not require high precision machining.
Additional equipment. It can be attributed front and rear racks, lights, lights turn signals and brake lights, the place of attachment are shown in the figures.
The design of the Rover is simple, make it possible in just a few days in a rather primitive workshop - of course, if there is all the deliverables. And the use of such machines - the most extensive: as a winch at plowing the garden, to drive the circular saw as a simple garden tractor (an excellent cross across the fields, so you may cultivation, hilling, etc.). Besides, you can increase throughput by installing twin rear wheels. You can also mount a reverse gear from motokolyaski NWA, which replaced the differential shaft, and then the rover will reverse gear. Wear rubber due to the lack of differential is not observed, and the controllability is not affected.
